Disappointing purchase
We have tried to purchase no ads and some coins ...OH THE MONEY WASTAKEN QUICK SMART but still getting ads and no coins ..can't contact developers through app so have contacted apple instead ..warning people Do not buy extras in this game they do not arrive but your money will go .
In app purchase
My in app Gem purchase didn't work, I have paid for them and received an email saying I have purchased but the Gems haven't loaded. Is there something I need to do to redeem them? If I knew I had to wait for them I probably wouldn't have purchased them. It is a fun game but may not make anymore purchases for it.

Takes forever to load!
Love the game, but on my iPad it probably takes a full minute to load each new game.
Fun with great colors and challenges
However, I do not like games in which you have a limited number of lives and have to pay gems, money or wait to get another turn, so I’ve uninstalled.
Fun until 153
This game was fun and challenging and then when I got to level 153 it simply stopped loading. Contacted the game maker twice and it seems they have stopped fixing bugs for this game.

I basically love games that are a great blend if colorful graphics and intuitive gameplay. This is a game that displays both of these in the best way possible. The devs are seriously on top of their game. Good work.

Keeps Crashing

We all go through hard times, whether it's discovering that your wife of five years has been sleeping with that huge jerk, Steve from accounting, or hearing that your beloved black labrador retriever, Spike, has passed away. Fruit Pop has definitely taken my mind off of the tearing pain in my heart and replace it with with great family (not that I have one anymore 😢) friendly puzzles and games for everyone of all ages and genders. It's also a great ice breaker at the bar when I'm drinking my sorrows away, trying my hardest not to go home to the noose hanging in my closet. Some people will just come up and ask what I'm playing and I'll say "This amazing app called Fruit Pop 10/10" Thank you for giving my life meaning again.

Was charged twice for gem Los
I was charged twice for gem and never received any of the gems. I'm really upset and I followed all instructions to restore and still. Very disappointed.
How to get the game to work!
After the update I was having the same problems with the game not loading. Delete and re-download the game. If you connected to Facebook originally, your progress will still be there! I would have rated this a five star game, but the fact that I had to delete it and re-download it after the update in order to get it to work was ridiculous. Also I was lucky enough to have connected Facebook originally, otherwise I'm afraid all progress would have been lost.
