can't create wallet or new account

I have an old account from about 3 years ago when it worked just fine, quit for the next 3 years and when I log back in to my old account it says I need to create a wallet but when I try it says unable to create. I tried making a new account but it wouldn't let me do that either. I really want to return to FruitLab as my previous experience with it was positive, but for now I'm not able to. Any tips?

You don’t get pips

Don’t use iOS app only android . It doesn’t work on iPad. You don’t make money through iOS and the videos glitches out. Android is way better.
