Constant Lockout
Holy cow this thing needs work. Basic things like routing numbers and full account info should be available without having to summon a genie in a bottle. Constant crashes and lockouts. I’ve honestly considered changing banks cause I hate this app so much

Not my favorite app
Always locks me out even with correct credentials. Doesn’t allow enough time to stay logged in. Search options are limited.

It does not display horizontally. You always have to turn your pad in order to see your account.

Love this bank, hate this app
This app is like five years behind every other banking app. It logs me out of my account constantly, and then makes me change my passport about once a month. They recently updated it and changed the setup of it and it’s actually less user friendly and harder to navigate. I have another bank and their app is about ten times better than this one. It looks outdated, and it is difficult for my older family members to use.

I think this is a great app. It took me a little bit to figure it out, but it’s been working great for me. I really enjoy the Personal Finance section; it summarizes what I’m spending my money on in different categories, which has been very helpful.

Good bank, terrible app
Every time my husband or I try to log into this app, it seems like we have to reset our password or there’s some difficulty logging in. I’ve never dealt with such a clunky banking app.
Clunky
Terrible app. Never works! Sign your first born away to access accounts. Clunky to get around. Don’t even attempt a mobile deposit it will ruin your day.
Constantly freezes
With no rhyme or reason, the app will just freeze up with a spinny wheel going on login. Also happens during transfers between accounts which is kind of a scary time for it to freeze up. Seems like none of the updates really fix anything.
