Not working again
I’m out west working I tried to load up my app and all I get is first State Bank. It does not give me an option to fill out my name or my password. Nothing this needs to be fixed.
App won’t open
When I open the app, I get a white screen that periodically flashes “Updating….100% Complete” but it never opens to the login screen. I’ve rebooted my phone and deleted and reinstalled the app. Nothing changes.
Frozen
I can’t get into my App and work out west! I need it now! Not during business hours. This should never happen.

Recent update has screwed something up, I can’t log in, changed password through the bank, and security questions, nothing works. Redownload and still nothing
Need to be fixed
Keeps messing up and somtimes won’t even load I have to delete the app and re download
