Check deposit
The app is mostly fine but I find it very lacking in its inability to use the app to deposit checks. Most other bank apps allow this. I have been told a few times over the years that they would submit my name to see if this feature can be added to my app. This feature is already available to certain people who work with the Bank. I would think it has been tested sufficiently by now to release to all of us.

This app is hands down the worst I’ve ever used for anything financial. It crashes and locks me out constantly, there are extremely limited options. No mobile check depositing which is a headache. Save yourself the trouble

Worst App I’ve Ever Used
I have no idea how this app has 4.5 stars. It truly is the most inconsistent, buggy, mediocre application my phone has ever ran. Logging in rarely works, the app will give you error messages with no explanation, the interface is terrible. It’s basically just a web browsers disguised as an app and functions accordingly. I am very much considering leaving this bank strictly because of how poor this app functions.

Log in
The log in issues are all the time I’m never able to have a password for more then 3 months then when I try to change it. The app will say it’s unable too. Awful app and needs a complete redo.
App is Terrible
This bank’s app is just awful. It’s like not even an app it’s just a web page short cut lol so lazy. App consistently glitches/crashes/never even loads.
Constant technical problems
I don’t know who’s running the IT department, but they need to find another profession. I’ve had this bank for years and the technical difficulties are becoming more frequent. I think it’s time for me to find a new bank.

It seems that every other day I have issues logging in. I have my phone set for face recognition and still have issues. I am trying to reset my password and still nothing.
If the system is down for maintenance, please say maintenance, not unable to access. I don’t know if it’s me, my password or something else preventing me from signing on.
I’ve also tried to use Bank By phone for my second account and it’s telling me it cannot recognize my Social Security number, so now I can’t get a balance on that account.

Horrible
I would have given it no stars if I could. Can’t find Zelle. Can’t do internal transfers. And it’s always locking me out. This app needs a serious update.
Locked out time and time again
If you close the app like every other app (swiping it away), you lock yourself out. I’ve had to reset my password dozens of times, and dozens of calls to customer service to grant me access. Logging completely out, and having to set up Face ID every time you log back in is a PITA. You also need to re-input everything if you want to use Zelle. I’m switching banks solely because the app is broken.

Upgrade the app failed
Every time I try to use the app it direct me to upgrade. When I click upgrade it tells me to open the app and I go back to the request to upgrade. I can’t upgrade

I love the app and how quick they it is to let me know about my money more going then coming in lol but seriously I can not find zelle for the life of me on the app nor can I even access the account on the website, please fix this issue!!!
Internal transfers
The requirement for password for every internal transfer is a headache. Would be much easier if fingerprint could be used.

I have an old iphone and the new update for the application is not compatible. (A small inconvenience... I can not access from my phone so I have to make sure before I leave from home to check from my pc, & if I am in a hurry,THAT will not happen)!
