Helps me manage my phone and soft phone. Very simple design. Easy to understand.
Please fix
Use this for work and I need it to work better. I see incoming calls and dont get an option to connect for 10 seconds. Half the time I dont get an option to connect. No tech support. Please fix!
Awful
I wish a zero star was an option. We use this for work and I have trouble with this DAILY. Other employees complain about it as well.
