I am sorry that you are having problems with your application. iMessage stickers download to the keyboard as opposed to the phone which is why they are hard to find. Take a look at this video and let me know if it helps. http://bit.ly/2thumbzhelp If that doesn’t help, try the following: 1. open up your iMessage Application 2. Select the Edit box on the top right of the screen 3. Enter a phone number that you want to text to 4. Click on the “A” button next to the Text field 5. Click on the Four Oval Dots on the bottom left of the screen. 6. Click on the icon “+Store” 7. That will bring up a screen with three tabs, “Featured”, “Categories”, “Manage” 8. Click on”Manage” 9. Scroll down and look for your application 10. Make sure the slide is slid to the right so that green shows in the slider
