App Cash At Login
This app hangs at login and any attempts to view shopping cart. It use to work, but is now of no use to me.
App doesn’t work and customer service doesn’t care
I used to love FTD for sending flowers for special occasions. However this experience was horrendous. Tried ordering flowers for next day service and the app kept crashing. Customer service said it would be back up at 6am the next day. I woke up early and nothing worked still. Not even their website. I bought a Groupon and Paypal was offering $10 off if I used them during check out. But they won’t allow an over phone order to accept PayPal. Makes sense, but then offer a $10 voucher since your app and website aren’t working. Neither chat nor phone call reps could offer up help. Getting close to the same day cut off time and figured I’ll just use ProFliwers or 1800 Flowers. FTD must be doing great since they could care less about using a long time customer.

Terrible
Last 3 orders look nothing like what’s presented in the app. Over promised and underdelivered severely for a family birthday and 2 Mother’s Day bouquets. Big disappointment and will never order via FTD again.
FTD Does Not Deliver, Hides High Shipping and Lies!
I ordered a Christmas wreath for delivery on Saturday, paying a $25 delivery charge for the order, which is a lot. I spoke with FTD twice on Saturday, was told it would deliver, but did not come. I called on Sunday, was told it would deliver on Sunday, did not deliver. I called Monday after it was told it would deliver Monday, and after I was told I could not be assured of delivery, I cancelled my order.
I offered to pick up the wreath, was told they do lot give out information about the local florists.
What I now suspect is that the app vacuums up as many orders as possible and if they can deliver the order, then they keep the money but if they don’t deliver, they’re only out processing charges and a weak apology.
If you ask, they’ll refund thier high delivery charges, but if it never comes it doesn’t help.
Go somewhere else.

A easy and quick way to purchase flowers!
Finding the flowers I wanted was really easy. I decided to sign up for their Gold Membership bc with the app being quick and seamless purchasing flowers and gifts will be occurring more often.
