Very poor customer service
Terrible customer service from a guy named Amanj. An employee who acts like he owns the company. The level of unprofessionalism is sickening.

A 150mgps package give you 2.6mbps download ,where in the whole world does that exist !

bad internet service and bad servers
literally one of the worst internet services ever to exist, and the worst internet speed , 100 ping and worse at night , and sometimes just casually goes off , and when the time is near recharge date the internet slows down significantly.
Horrible service and limited control
Don’t bother installing a line from this internet provider, they don’t even give you admin access to your own router unless you pay
corporate prices which is ridiculous, and the internet is always slower around night time. The speeds are a lie or just high ping. Customer service didnt even help with the problem and kept giving me automated responses

Bad internet
Like you gotta pay 30k iqd per month for a connection that is 100 ping more and worst upload and receive its gotta be 30mbps its more likely 10mbps its terrible hunger of money

Bad server, bad services
Their services are so bad first of all, second everyday atleast twice- three times a day, the FTTH stops working becomes loss of signal, than after 2 hours it works again, than when I try to contact, they won’t even respond on messenger, they would respond like once a day, I’ve fixed the wires too and paid them 15k for it js for LOS of signal too happen again, get urself a better internet, I’ll switch too

Weak Support
really weak support, they are pretending to be 24/7 but not, and i accidentally recharge a wrong account, they didn’t solve my problem. disappointing.
Worst internet Service
O3 Telecom FTTH service is worst internet service ever, when you call customer service and tell them that the service is not good they respond that you have to upgrade the service while this has nothing to do with existing service.
