One Star ⭐️ Can’t login in creating a account.. Can’t login having an account - Ended up using an Android device that showed a Gmail option and was able to get the camera connected and working- This app for IOS is Broken and useless now !

Received 3 cameras this weekend have tried getting set up and fought for over 3 hours on just the first one to get it to connect to our WiFi then it would stay connected. The worst part is the cameras do not stay charged for more than an hour AND you cannot change the length of time you want them recording! Definitely do not recommend buying these. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT ALL EITHER

Simply does not work
Can’t get past the email verification code, never sends and for some reason adds a +1 to email?? also it does not show you the privacy policy!! Just a blank page when you select it. Seems shady to me
If in US don’t buy the cameras
Don’t buy the cameras associated with this app it’s impossible to register to use them because they imbed a +1 in front of your email making it impossible to register them for use and it won’t accept your phone either.
Verification email never gets sent
Edit: found a workaround that allowed me to actually create the account (will save soooo much time for you)
Simply change the country to China and you’ll receive the email.

Still can’t create an account. Still puts +1 in front of my email address so I never get to create an account. Wonder if I can get a refund…it’s been a few months and I still can’t use the cameras…

Add pop up in replay on videos - no sound - can’t set push notifications - when you select start time the app closes.

I can’t get the privacy policy or service agreement to even come up for me to read to open an account. I refuse to click I have read them when I am unable to even see them. I’m not going to spend a ton of time like others have on just trying to set up an account. Several talked about them being cheap. These were not. I ended paying over $100 for 2 cameras. I was charged $12.99 for shipping and was also charged for the insurance that I unchecked. There was no final page to see the breakdown. BAM and it was charged. Once I saw the breakdown I knew the charges were incorrect. I immediately sent an email to cancel the order or correct the charges. I never heard from them except to say they had been shipped. This has been a mess from the beginning. What a rip off.
