Borders on a Scam
The cameras that go with this app are worthless. I don’t pretend to be a techy but I have set up many electronic devices before and these mini cameras do not work. Starting with the “on/off” button which is nearly impossible to operate (is it on? Is it off? Who can tell?). After going through the trouble of separating my 5g network and my 2.4 network I still could not get the app to recognize the cameras. Do they work at all??? I have no idea because I couldn’t even connect them. I bought them because they are advertised as not needing some kind of subscription (a good thing) but what’s the use if you can’t get them to work. Will try to get my money back but that’s probably impossible. Stay away!!!

The software is buggy mostly because of the pop ups. There should be a way to turn them off. I would gladly pay to have a clean software. It took forever to be able to connect to cameras because the software is consumed by the pop ups. Please fix this!$

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. After struggling over and hour I realized I can’t use this. It’s not compatible with 5G. Why doesn’t it say that anywhere before you buy it? It keeps telling me acct is locked because I visited child porn sites and wants me to pay $500 to have it reopened. Baloney. Don’t waste your time or money. It’s pure junk.

Camera and app are a bust
I’m unable to pair my phone to the camera, and in the app, I have to hide ads every 5 seconds while I try to troubleshoot. Not worth my time or money. Should have known it was too good to be true.

Everything I tried to do to hook up to my Wi-Fi failed. All this camera system wants to do is download other apps that charge you per month to get it to work. Please please please don’t waste your money with this company.
