Down lowed the app and doesn’t have ann Abilene, Tx location so I can’t order online and place an order!!!! Very frustrating

Garbage Interface
Thanx is a terrible platform and always has errors with rewards. I will avoid all of the restaurants that use this platform for this reason. Toast is 100 times better and gives less errors.

The app said free chips if I register my credit card. Yet it still charge my the $5.99
Very difficult to navigate
Having the “item total” “order total” and “sub total” all together is stupid. Makes it look like that’s the price or just taking up screen space tbh. Put the tax so the consumer actually knows how much they need. You’re in a college town… think. Also if this app the reason that they decided to increase prices… I can assure you it’s not worth it. Smaller orders, lower volume… all for a membership idea? Not the best strategy in my opinion but yall do you
