I just purchased a monthly wash today. I’m just trying to get signed up with the app, but it’s trying to force me to buy another car Carwash. Why would I want to do that? I just want to set the thing up for future use.

Necessary evil for subscription
The audio is unneccesary and there is no setting to mute the audio. When selecting the car wash, it plays audio messages and greatly reduces the volume of whatever podcast or music you are listening to.
It is also annoying that you cannot preselect which location you are going to until you are very close to it.
But it is necessary if you have wash club subscription.

Play Sound Off Feature Missing
I wanted to play the Fuel City game while YouTube playing in background on the iPhone; can’t do this. The game sound plays with YouTube at the same time. Sadly the game sound is 3x louder than YouTube sound and they both were on at the same time.

I would suggest providing users the ability to view and collect receipts in PDF form. I use a corporate card and have to provide receipts to my company for transactions. This may apply only to the reoccurring monthly charges on wash subscriptions.

The wash attendant would not guide my tire. I let him know my mirror was not manual. He closed one, but not the other mirror. He seemed to have a bad attitude. When I asked him to guide my tire he sprayed right at my driver windshield. Very unprofessional.

Misleading
Did not give me my free wash!
Painful user experience
Too difficult to use to wash. Much worse to modify stored credit cards. Can’t delete cards. Can’t easily pay with a new card if old card expires. Just not a well maintained app.

Why is it so difficult to find how to discontinue the monthly membership?
