Rewards don’t work
Redeeming rewards doesn’t work and I doubt the punchcard feature will work since it didn’t count my last salad purchase. Overall very glitchy app

Menu on app won’t even load when I try to open it :/

The photos on the app are also low quality and stretched strangely. Mainly tho, I’m just annoyed that I couldn’t get to the menu at least!

This app needs a lot of work
I love fuel and think they have awesome smoothies but with that said, the app needs a lot of improvement. For one, when you open the camera via the app to use the scan feature it makes my phone freeze and it’s nearly impossible to exit out of. I confirmed with one of my other friends who also has the app and they had the same issue. Another issue I had is that the app has a rewards program which is awesome but it doesn’t work. For example there is a smoothie punch card that says if you buy 10 smoothies your 11th one is free. However there’s no ability to punch your card on the app. Instead it tells you to scan after you’ve made a purchase but when you go in store you don’t get a tangible receipt with something to scan nor is there something to scan on your purchase screen if your local field uses tablets to order. Thus, I’ve gone into Fuel three times now these past few weeks and ordered a smoothie (with the idea I would put it on my punchcard) and each time I went I tried to figure out how to scan my punch card after ordering (I looked for physical receipts, on the screen, I even asked the worker who had no idea either) thus the rewards program via the app is completely ineffective. Another time I tried using the coupon in my rewards section and it wouldn’t let me redeem it due to some glitch even though I had 1/1 (meaning it was available). So, as much as I like fuel my attempts to use this app have been a complete bust and have sort of deterred me from going back as I would rather use a store with a functioning app and rewards program due to the convenience and ability to save some money.
