The app is really easy for our drivers to use, and the software is awesome too. Great product, I wish we had bought this years ago

Worst app ever
Spend more time trying to get it to connect then anything. Also can’t look at anything while fueling your vehicle up! Worthless!

Somewhat functional app billing is terrible
App works on the phone most the time but about 30% percent of the time it either will not connect to the system or it will pump for about 1 minute then disconnect completely leaving you to have to restart the process over. We have about 70 people set up to operate Fuelcloud I would say 4-5 of us even still bother with the app. It’s not with the time of having it on your phone.
Their billing for Fuelcloud is a joke. They will soon be charging $95 a month for the service with no discounts to pay up to a year in advance. I also just changed my subscription and found out they do no prorate a subscription. So if upgrade my subscription 1 day or 1 month before it expires I will loose this prepaid subscription and it will start over on the day I upgraded. This is asinine they could change this but they do not care.

Horrible.
Award for most unreliable app on my phone goes to FuelCloud!! If and that’s a giant if I can get this to connect and work it usually throws some form of error code. The developer answer is always delete the app reinstall and reboot my phone. That’s great and all if I want to spend an extra 15 minutes fueling my rig up every time. I would rather pull up, use the app to fuel up and be on my way. Apparently that’s too much to ask.

Doesn’t work right on my iPhone
I can’t get it to work on my iPhone 8plus but it will work on my 5. It’s really frustrating because I want to get rid of my iPhone 5 not carry it everywhere with me just to get fuel when I have a 2 month old iPhone 8plus I want to use
