Better than Service Call
Can’t believe I have only just found this app. So easy to use, quick and efficient on first try at a station. Will have to see after a few times but I’m sure speed of service will be the fuel stations side and not the apps. Great idea and recommended to anyone disabled.
Amazing app
Used the app for the first time today and it is a life saver for disabled drivers found it really easy to use just select the fuel station from the list and press the button to check if they can assist you and having the confirmation within a couple of minutes gives you the peace of mind before you set of.

Very useful app and store service for wheelchair user such as myself. Very friendly service provided by the Sainsbury's staff too.

I’m so totally greatful for this service! The pain and effort it takes me to get out of the car, then go and pay and back in the car. And they are always really cheerful and kind I’ve never felt spoken down to like I’m simple as happens in some places. Thank-you.

Get this free app. It’s essential for us who are disabled and driving. It’s VERY well designed and integrated into the participating service stations, meaning it is super convenient for us drivers.
Best of all, there is no upselling, no ads, just useful functionality.
This is one of the most well thought through apps I’ve ever used, making it so easy for us disabled drivers to find a gas station that will pump for us. Using the app we can verify that the station can help when we intend on arriving, notify the station when we’ve arrived, tell the station what pump we’re at, and tell us in how many minutes the assistant will come out to help. Just perfect.

I’ve only been in a wheelchair for a year but this app has absolutely changed my driving experience. Not having to bring the garage to a stand still just while I get my wheelchair out and back in etc amazing!

Stations refuse to answer
Si often I am trying to use this app for a station near where I am located and invariably I have to go to a station farther away because the stations close by refuse to answer.

Sainsbury’s never turn off the hell and say it’s not available, services and they do it when your outside on the forecourt.

Freedom!
This app has helped me regain my freedom after a long recuperation from surgery. My daughter noticed the sticker when she was putting petrol in her car. So easy to use, highly recommended.
