Literally IMPOSSIBLE to use
Went to sign in, It said verify account and an email would be sent. It’s been 24 hours now says the same thing over and over again. (No email)
No longer in use
This app should be removed as it clearly isn’t working anymore. Last update was 3 years ago and when you attempt to sign up you never receive an email. If I start getting spam emails I know exactly which app is getting reported
Unintuitive - Counterproductive
I have waited upwards of 10 minutes just to receive an email to log into an account. I think the title speaks for itself and will be looking for emergency gas fill-up elsewhere.
Waste of time
As soon as I downloaded it says outside service area.
SCAM
Do not download. It’s a credit card scam that doesn’t provide any actual services. Reporting to Apple.
14 hrs later no gas
Ordered the gas, in Las Vegas. 7 hrs passed, no gas. I emailed customer service and asked if this was normal, for them to take this long. 7 hours later not reply AND no gas. Don’t recommend. They need to maybe hire more staffing to keep up with the demand before they launch it in a highly populated city. Oh and as of writing this … still no reply from their customer service.

Fuel delivery
EXCELLENT SERVICE provided! I got my car fueled at my workplace Parking lot while I was still clocked in for my shift, and also got my car fueled in the driveway of my home. Thank You for the convenience of not having to drive to a gas station anymore.
Did this company go out of business?
I placed an order for fuel and it was never confirmed. Tried to call customer service and got no answer. Such a bummer, I was excited to give this a try!
This app was an amazing peace of mind
My wife and I caught a game at Angels stadium and saw the app on the board and thought what the heck, we are below half let’s give it a try. It was totally worth it. The driver was absolutely professional and absolutely amazing with the follow up detail questions to find a vehicle in the giant space that is the Angels Stadium parking lot. If management is reading the driver that refueled premium to a Ford SUV around 1900ish tonight is AWESOME! I hope and pray you can expand further into our home of AZ. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Very convenient app
I would totally recommend using this app as the service can really save you from any inconvenience or time wasting when getting gas. It’s super clever and useful!
Delivery Failure
Well, I had high hopes for this service and considering the company’s that are listed as supporting it was impressive. I don’t think they would support if they knew of the lack of service the customers are receiving. They probably should be notified.
The app appears to work ok. Would be nice to have an email confirmation sent and a request for status update button.
My problem was the lack of communication we received. Placed my request via the app. I was forwarded to the confirmation page that indicated my fuel would arrive by a specific time and that a driver had not yet been assigned. So we waited. It never showed. Tried to contact them via email but still received no communication. I won’t be recommending this to anyone. Would be nice if your no longer doing business in the Las Vegas area your web site and app should say so. Total waste of time.

Brilliant idea! Come to Sacramento
I’ve heard of Fuelster and was excited to see how it worked. I’m just bummed they aren’t yet in my area! Hope that changes soon!

This is a brilliant and incredible app. I have used it multiple times when I didn’t have time to fill up my car. I used it once, and I realized how helpful it can really be. and I have been using it ever since!

Effective app
As a woman, I like this app, because most of the time I prefer my husband fills up the gas , now I am able to just sit and see my car is filling up in s blink.
Doesn’t Work
Tried to add info and app won’t find my location. Made sure privacy settings etc were correct.
