Falha no aplicativo mesmo eu sendo assinante.

Sou assinante desde 12/2024. Tenso cancelar desde 04/2025 e não são nenhum suporte. Diversos erros acontecem, o mais comum deles é você receber mensagem do cliente e ao clicar na notificação e entrar no app, a mensagem não conta. Outro bastante comum também, é você se inscrever em uma vaga e um minuto depois aparecer como se não tivesse inscrito. Gasta mais tokens para nova inscrição e acontece novamente. Ao acessar como empresa e colocar uma vaga, acontece vários erros também que dificulta a finalização de todo o processo.
