absolutely awful - doesn’t connect properly and won’t show any of my images.
Proud owner of an X100V and XT3 here. The friction of this app has me 🤏🏽 this close to switching systems entirely. It’s such a nuisance. We have AI for gods sake. There really aren’t any excuses at this point other than negligence.
Worked for the first day or so now never connects to my camera. I’ve given up. The fact this is still on the store is astounding when it’s so useless.
the app really is bad, but i find that it does the bare minimum by just getting my photos to my phone. i’ve used it for 8 years now and i feel like the app isn’t all that it could be, there could be more.
Not sure about other reviews but as of June 2026 this app seems to be functioning well. I just transferred 47 photos with relative ease from my xf10 to my iPad mini camera roll using just the camera and directions, took no more than 10 minutes from start of process to them being downloaded.
Such a frustrating app that rarely works. Must be improved.
My X-T30 is not connecting via both Fuji Apps. Are you planning to update your app to address the issue?
I’m not sure why this app needs to access all of my photo library, needs my precise location, and needs access to all the devices on my network to build a profile of me, in order to transfer a few photos from the camera to my phone. I’d much rather use a mini hdmi. Come on Fuji you’re better than this :(

it’s a very simple app and i’ve never had a problem importing images to my phone with this app just wish they would add a delete button feature for the photo album section.
Absolutely useless app that never works right
Doesn’t connect.
The amount of times it breaks the connection for doing literarily one job is truly insane.
Great cameras, dreadful App. It’s beyond a joke when you have to wait a few months for the camera to connect then suddenly decide it doesn’t want to. How can fujifilm even put their name to the App is a mystery to me, they’re better off not having one.
this app is so clunky and it never works. You can never get the Wi-Fi to connect to the camera. It’s such a bummer because this would be such a cool feature if it worked. Maybe they’ll make improvements let’s hope cause it’s not usable in current state.
Worst app experience I have had. Shameful that Fujifilm can’t get their camera to communicate with a phone in the 20th century.
This is the WORST APP EVER. It never connects to my X-A5 despite me following all of the instructions. Also, it now requests FULL ACCESS to all of the photos in my album and my precise location at all times for me transfer my photos over?! Why do you need this information? I hate this app. I will find another way to transfer my images or sell my camera and get another one. F.U fujifilm

Seeing it with one star I didn't expect it to work. But no problem connecting my X-T1 to my iPhone 16. I just connect to the cameras wifi open the app then select and send images on the camera. Sometimes this convenience of not needing an sd card reader is a great feature.
The app-camera has nice functionality of auto transfer live view remote, remote shutter, and selective transfer. But it is highly unstable on WiFi connection to the camera. iPhone 15 and iOS 26.2, and on every second or third try, it won’t connect. The solution? Delete the app, redownload, and reconfigure. No alternate, but a bad piece of software

Just absolutely horrible, this on the XApp redirects me to each other for the X100VI. I tried follow any and every instruction to no success. Absolute shame.
This app is by far the WORST camera remote app on the market. It never connects to the camera, it’s unintuitive and I hate it. Fujifilm please fix this terrible, terrible app so I can use this damn camera. 🙏🏼
