Poor
Since the sell out to ROUVY and then their first software update its so poor. Rides dont upload, constantly buffering, cant upload half a ride, cannot trim the rides anymore, have to reset ipad every time i want to ride, when i open the app it welcomes me with my name but have to still logibn and then their ius always a login error. This update has really made me think twice about moving to another platform

This app has been helpful on my journey to improving but since the latest update I'm having trouble with the app loading. The app loads but there's no workout for me to tap on
Don’t waste your money
I have used this app for over six years and been very happy until the last two weeks. Then all of a sudden my entire six year history has disappeared with all my information as well. An email to customer services has been ignored. My regret is that I have an annual subscription paid until December so eight months wasted. I imagine it’s to do with the new owners who clearly want me to move to a group based app which I don’t want. I am very unhappy.

Major flaw in version 7.0.5
Previously downloaded rides are not found by version 7.0.5, yet they remain on the iPad with no way to delete them. This has FulGaz taking up 65% of the space on my iPad. Some report the only way to fix this is to delete the app and reinstall it. Of course you will need to reconfigure all your settings.

Going downhill metaphorically
Used to be pretty good simulation, but lately has been extremely buggy and last update messed with the function. Actively looking for a new simulator.
There have been a few issues along the way but overall it's been a great app
2020 I bought my first Kinetic bike trainer since we won’t be going to the gym this winter. I’ve been using Zwift since I got it and while it worked and was ok I just wasn’t supper impressed with the ERG mode as it was made more to follow a certain training workout rather than the terrain and the videos weren’t real.
I road the Windsor Great Park ride tonight and I love FulGaz’s HD real videos of real places so you actually get to ride places you may or may not ever get to visit and the ERG mode really seemed to follow the video and displayed grade very well. Also this was the first ride since getting the trainer were my average speed inside matched what I normally average outside. I look forward to more rides to explore different trails!
One Con I just realized about FulGaz is it doesn’t upload your rides to their server so you can’t review your past rides on another device as past rides only reside on the device were you were running the app at the time. You can get around this limitation by having it automatically upload your rides to Strava or one of the few other options.
2026 The latest update wiped cleared many of the settings back to default like imperial vs metric and I had to sign back in plus my trainer reacted to hills very differently than it has been lately so I had to adjust some of the trainer feel settings, it also lost all my ride history so I'm glad I had it all going to Strava. Luckily it did retain my favorite ride list.

Ottima ma…
L’app è di per se ottima, molto realistica e ha il plus di avere anche l’audio ambientale. Metterò 5 stelle quando si risolveranno alcuni problemi, il primo l’audio ambientale su molti percorsi è davvero terribile e si sente malissimo, secondo bisognerebbe ottimizzare le capacità di streaming che sono un po carenti sulla maggior parte dei percorsi.

Brilliant
Running Fulgaz on a Mac Air M1 connected to Wahoo Kickr Core 2. Works brilliantly for me. Quality of the filming is superb. Huge choice of rides from around the world. Would like to see more rides in southern Europe.
Waste of time
This app is full of bugs. When the footage plays it’s prone to freezing or the screen turns grey. Most of the time however the video doesn’t play and your left following the graph to know where you are. I will not be renewing, absolute rubbish.
Unreliable
This was a great app before the recent update. The ride videos are awesome in quality, the variety of rides available is huge, the POV perspective of real ride videos is a great alternative to a game-like environment.
The recent update has changed things. The app is now buggy, with issues ranging from “buttons” that don’t click to videos that just do not run reliably.
Before that big update, I would have recommended the app to anyone. After that big update, I cannot recommend the app. Maybe that will change if they ever get around to fixing the issues.

Não conecta com rolo elite
O app não conecta com o sensor de potência do rolo elite rampa , ele reconhece todos os sensores até o de potência, mas na hora de pedalar fica livre sem potência, por enquanto vou ter que que continuar com o app da ROUVY que é muito caro. Espero que corrija logo por que esse Fullgaz parece ser muito bom

L’appli a l’air pas mal mais malheureusement elle ne change pas la difficulté automatiquement sur un Domyos EB900B comme peut le faire l’appli Kinomap donc du coup l’appli n’a pas grand intérêt si l’on doit changer soit même la résistance.

Way Better!
After a long summer of outdoor riding I’m back on the trainer and super excited to find out FulGaz is a lot better! Had a much smoother experience all around and the video quality is absolutely stunning compared to before.
Crash mid ride
Two stars for connect ability- strava and wattbike no problems.
Managed one ride no issues, second ride FulGaz stopped running then crashed. Then the app went to login failed and I’ve not been able to log back in. Last thing I wanted to be trying while mid workout. Note- full WiFi connection at all times. 👎

Brilliant
The rumors of sunsetting are not true. FulGaz lives on. And it’s getting better. Love the incredibly wide range of hi res videos. Such a committed team always refining and adding new features and functionality.

I know Rouvy just bought FulGaz but when Rouvy just ruined their app with the recent update I needed to find something similar to the older version I tried FulGaz and enjoy riding this app more it has what you need, not all the silly colours on your route and the feel is much more life like. also the bike hud is better. Hopefully They will not ruin this app also.
