Fees to order via app
The point of the app is to accrue points and get a few bucks off from time to time. Or at least it seems that way based on how every food place has their own app now. But even a small local business wants to hit you with fees for using an app that’s pick up only. I’ll just order at the counter and save the fee money. The fees basically negate the whole point of the rewards of the app. I’d say that’s basically passing their software development cost on to the customer. Very disappointing.
