Ronnie in Palm Springs is the reason I love this place
I’m not a gym person, I rarely want to sweat let alone in a room full of people. He pushes a hard class in a fun way and if I hate a song I can raise my hand and he will change it. Plus he often dims or lowers the lights so I’m really only focusing on spinning instead of who else is in the room. That boiling frog set is something else!
