Greatest app ever
If you want very high quality food with large portions for very low prices this is the app to use!
I want to love this
First the Good
1. Great app and interface, super easy to use
2. Good to Excellent food, good selection and variety
3. Fairly priced
The Not Great
1. When the delivery window opens and you click Deliver Now, it tells you the food will arrive in 15-45 minutes. So far it’s been only the latter. I would be ok with that if I had a GOOD time estimate. No way to check and see how much longer etc...
2. Despite having my address and Google Map clearly identifying my place, on my first delivery, the delivery person instead asked a construction crew next door if they ordered the food. I happened to be outside and heard the whole exchange so I stepped to the street to flag the delivery person. Had I not been there, would someone else have ended up with the food? Good news, on the second delivery, it was the same person so they knew where to go.
3. I reviewed very fairly the food (mostly 4-5 stars) and noticed my positive reviews showed up under those dishes. I gave a 3 star/Just Ok review to one dish and that review does not appear under the dish. Why? So if others give the dish a mediocre rating, you’d rather your new customers not know than to improve or even remove the dish. Please let the reviews speak for themselves
4. The food can be reviewed via the app but not the delivery or other aspects of the service hence I’m having to do it here. I tried to call Customer Service and it went to voice mail

High Quality Food!!
The food is very fresh and it was still hot!! They partner with fantastic restaurants who use quality ingredients. Excellent service and incredible prices.

Amazing local company
The prices on food are extremely low compare to Uber, DoorDash etc., it makes sense to order everything with Full Kitchen if you don’t cook and want great quality Lunch/Dinner on time! The portions size might be less but overall value for the money much bigger.
