App doesnāt update correctly now will not sync with scale
Was ok until phone updated. Then it will not synch with phone and scale. Contacted tech support they told me to do everything I had already done. They said to contact them to schedule a phone call however they have no availability for the rest of 2023. Pretty disappointing
Fantastic health/ weight loss program app
I lost 32 lbs is about 6 weeks with this super healthy program . The Facebook support group for 20/30 fast track is phenomenal!
Awesome fitness app
Iāve lost quite a bit of weight with this program app. I track my foods, wi-if my weight. Tracks my daily steps, I have access to a live coach 24-7. But itās also wise to journal your information, so if you need to go back you have a record. Itās like a check book, cannot expect a computer to be reasonable for not keeping your information. Iām glad my personal information is not out there for someone else to get. I am very happy with app so far.

Disappearing data
It is super discouraging to work really hard and enter data correctly only to have it lost over and over again! Iāve uninstalled the app twice based on customer support advice. Problem still happens.

Does not sync with my Apple watch
So Iāve still had a hard time syncing the lifestyle app with the Apple Watch. The steps donāt correlate and talk to the app
I am mad because I have paid a tonne of money for this 20/30 fastrack program,& not getting this feature.
I donāt want to check the steps on my watch then manually add it to lifestyle app manually every night.
I donāt have time for that !!!

Not impressed
Unable to retrieve your information unless you are connected to the internet or cell service...itās not stored on your phone. When you leave the program, you no longer have access to your personal progress information...something you paid for. Tech support says they can get it...but they apparently arenāt concerned about it.
Unable to control the method of displaying your graph information. The latest update changed from a bar graph to a line graph...you canāt change it back. I paid a lot of money for this health program, I expect more from their app.
