The App cheats
It’s not a bad app. BUT it cheats when you’re playing against it. There’s no other way to describe it. When you’re uses AI to learn how to play each hand “the best way”. And that includes knowing exactly what is in each hand. The problem with this is that it’s not playing a realistic game. In a real competition, your opposition doesn’t know whether a finesse in a particular direction will work. Or that you’ve only got the 8 of a particular suit in your hand so it can win a trick with the 9 instead of playing the Ace.
The Funbridge people excuse this by saying “it plays the best hand possible”. But it’s cheating. And it doesn’t represent the real world. Even the best bridge player in the world would be beaten by it.
This is unfair. And not good training for real world play.

Stalls and Errors
Minibridge stalls often. Also, the game tells you that you made an error in choosing a particular contract, and then when you let the game choose for you, it chooses that exact contract.
