Starts good, but doesn’t cater for longer term players
Designers more interested in coming up with more ways of making money from the game. Players requests for new rooms and hospital expansion are ignored, instead the designers keep introducing things that encourages players to spend money on diamonds or crystals to attain them. You need to join a top union to benefit, which is not good for individual players. This seems typical of a Chinese workers unite culture! Longer term players start to get ignored when they reach higher levels with certain tasks and new patients running out, so it gets very boring.

The designers of this game are ignoring requests from lots of players wanting more room types, parking lots, etc. Instead they come up with more money making ways to entice (fleece) players. They also seem to reward top unions over individual or smaller unions.

It’s a very good game but the staff while recruiting are ALWAYS lvl 1 and when it’s urgent to recite we can’t just put a lvl 1 staff in a high ability needed room.

Long waits to get more space for rooms
I notice that it takes too long to unlock sreas for rooms unless you use gems for vouchers. This is annoying especially as you keep being asked to build treatment rooms but apart from that i love the game.
