Good app
The app is doing all what one can ask for.
It is very useful in the Netherlands when one is looking for a house.
The interface used to be better than the web when using a phone. However suddenly, when looking at the pictures in landscape mode, they are not shown at full screen as they used to, which is very annoying. That was one of the big advantages over the web interface.

Not starting
I had it installed long time ago. And now after upgrading it just does not start. I see blank page with the logo, and nothing happens. I assume there is an issue with old cached data, not sure how to clean it though.
Terrible
Right now the send a message button doesn’t work nor does the plate ground optie . It would be nice if they let us know on the app that they are working on the issue
If you’re going to prohibit the Zillows of the world…
At least incorporate the absolute basic minimum filters, features, and interactions one would expect from a tech-forward, first world country.
For example, why can’t I see exactly what apartments are available, put in my personal and financial info in once and then apply?
Why does the landlord get to discriminate against people based on income and “personal motivational” statements?
If the government can mandate one portal, then they can certainly fix these simple oversights that make a huge impact to the user experience.

What you see and what you get
Funda is an amazing app which gives excellent access to the property market. My one gripe, you need to be very familiar with dutch properties to translate the funda posting to the reality.
App can’t detect system language
The app actually has English language option but it doesn’t select English when the app is opened for the first time even the iOS system language is English.
It isn’t detecting the system language and setting the system language immediately.

Een site vol fouten.
Kan beter
De app reageert slecht en kan ineens heel traag worden. Na het bekijken van een advertentie, begint de lijst weer bovenaan. Irritant om iedere keer te zoeken naar waar je bent gebleven. Sorteer opties staan niet allemaal toe om de volgorde om te draaien. Wanneer kaart wordt gebruikt, reageert de app nog slechter. De app zou de mogelijkheid moeten bieden om zelf een zoek gebied op de kaart in te tekenen.

Filters dont work
If I change location, the filters stop working. For example I put a maximum rent of 2000 as filter, but it still shows flats more than that.
Only if I reset the filters and set everything again it starts to work again, which is annoying.

Filters are not working
Put the max rent to some value, the app will continue showing more expansive properties. Filters are not applied.

New interface update is terrible, dots on the map are stupid. Designed by idiots

Funktioniert auf meinem iPad nicht. Sehr instabil.
Obnoxious Pop-up Video Ads
The latest version of this formerly decent App is now flooded with constant and seemingly random pop-up video ads. Very annoying and distracting.
