Champ@me app allows immediate access to the public area of Champalimaud Foundation by displaying constant updates about events and information, while allowing: - Medical appointments (for first time patients) - Information about protocols with insurance companies - Information about Foundation’s medical specialties - Information about medical staff - Identification of points of interest existing on the Foundation venue (that can be visited by patients) - Access to all Clinical Center contact channels Champ@me app also allows access to a private area through a bi-dimensional code printed on every patient’s personal card or by inserting a set of User and Password credentials. In this area, the user will also have access to: - Information about his/her patient profile - Messages exchanged with the Patient Manager - Notifications about next Appointments/Exams - Calendar management, with reference to past and future acts - Clinical reports - Financial records consultation - Appointments/Exams requests - Direct contact with Clinical Center
