Does not find all obits in Amarillo Texas
This app does not bring up obituaries for all funerals or funeral homes in Amarillo or Canyon Texas. Obituaries that it pulls up are for only one funeral home and they are 6 to 12 months old. This app 4-6 months ago it was always updated and listed current obituaries.
Not useful
This app sounded good in the description, but it doesn't actually allow you to search for a person's name. Without the ability to search by name, this app is nothing but a waste of time. Don't bother to install!
Waste of time
Very time consuming to use. It could not even find obits when I knew and input exact information.
EXCELLENT
This is an awesome app! You simply type in deceaseds first and last name which pops up tap name and ob appears.I highly recommend!

My dad died in 1978, app found nothing. Searched for dead ortho surgeon cousin with known obit. Zippo. Have to rate this as pretty useless.
The Funeral App
I think this app is a great idea! I have been following it recently and fortunately I have had alerts on funerals in the town where I reside. It looks like the app people are making improvements but it also appears that funeral homes need to get with this app to share the obits for their own clientele as well as the public. I don't take the newspaper any more so this is a great service. Everyone needs to encourage his/her favorite funeral home to work with this app!!

A month ago, when I would use the app, the city/state would be on the screen. But now I have to input city/state each time I use it . Why doesn't it hold the city/state in memory like it did a month ago?

I tried to enter two cities, both of which were included in the list. Both times it said "invalid response." Can't use it at all.

Fantastic app
Very useful app. Searching for obituaries is easy and effective. I don't have to rummage through old newspapers or buy no local newspapers to keep track of obituaries I want to read.

This is a great app. It’s really solving a need out there today. I’m able to view obits in my local area and don’t always have to come across a paper. They push new obits directly to my phone. Nice work!
First impression not so good
I added Chicago as the city and there is only one person currently that popped up. I assumed it might be all CURRENT obits active in Chicago but I was wrong. Perhaps it only pushes new obits out to my phone? I would like to see all current obits and be able to search them all. Maybe this app is not for me.
