Takes too long

I placed an order in November 2023, it still hasn’t arrived yet. I’ve sent them multiple emails asking about my order status and they’ve only responded twice. And their excuse both times was a website migration. On top of that I’m getting ready to move to another state and I still haven’t received my order. DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
