Bad UX
Simple basic example: You can’t add single quotes to a description field and the error message doesn’t tell you that.

Another badly written and managed app
This is another example of an app developed to make it harder not easier. Its highly counter intuitive, and poorly developed.
Sometimes login will stop working, for no good reason. It may even lock you out, meaning it won’t let you reset password or do anything to login.
When inside the app, Most of the drop down menus will not work properly, you won’t be able to select items in the list. Document download options are so bad, most of the time hidden or won’t show up. Uploading pictures is another menace, it can only take it from files not from gallery.
All these and many more are examples of app development done by people who have no idea what they’re doing making it considerably harder for everyone to use, and when you couple this with ‘this is the only thing you can use’ to get things done type statements, you realise it to be just another poor excuse stemming from incompetence.
