App does not work. Do not give them your data!!
Downloaded initially a year ago for the local fair to buy passes for rides… app force closes whenever doing anything. Downloaded again just now to try to be better prepared and have passes before I go to the fair again… same problems. Removing the app and wishing I never gave an email address so they can spam me with nonsense about their non-working app.

When I tried to buy tickets, it closed out the app. Now I’m happy that happened because apparently this app stole someone’s money.

Robbed me
i bought $50 worth of tickets and I never got a email of verification or text of verification, it’s just did the transaction and crashed, now I have a $50 charge on my card with no tickets to show for it

Stores your credit card and won’t let you delete it. Carny scammers will sell or let someone steal your data, beware!
Good idea
I was thinking from the reviews that it was going to be a bad idea but no it was a good idea because I was able to just pull my phone out and then bam I was able to go on the ride and now I don’t have to hold my tickets I can just pull out my phone.

Never received my verification email so the app is completely non-functional. No way to request a new verification code. Seems even if you can get verified other users have just as many issues with every other function of the app anyways. It’s a nice concept but clearly the execution is subpar.
Doesn’t work
Just awful—trying to buy a pass kicks me out of the app and trying to “register” a paper pass fails multiple times and never succeeds.

This saved a lot of time from waiting in lines at the San Diego Fair. Easy and fast.
Truly incompetent people created this- 0 stars if possible
The app rejects credit cards like it’s there’s no tomorrow. Even when you do get it to work it’s flaky. If you ever want to purchase more tickets much later on you cannot add the same amount or it says it’s a duplicate payment. If you go to add another card to process it prompts you for your pass again (it forgets). The coupon code thing doesn’t work. Total scam.

Worked just fine at the Arizona State Fair 2021
I admit I was reluctant to use this app because of all the bad reviews, but decided to give it a try anyway.
I used it for the Arizona State Fair, and I can say I had absolutely no issues with the app. It worked fine and did what it was supposed to do. In fact, it was a lot more convenient to use it rather than stand in line to buy tickets. There were also a lot of people just using it at the fair, having their phones scanned at the rides as well as the games.

Can’t register?
The ap won’t register: the code sent doesnt get accepted for one reason or another.

I downloaded this app, like everyone else, to use at the fair. And it never let me past the registration page. I’ve been waiting almost 72 hours for this to work and it won’t even let me put in my verification code. 🙄 delete this and try again guys cus this isn’t it

Location should not be a hard requirement for an app that is simply used to add funds to an account to manage tickets at a fair.

Impossible to work
This app won’t let you login…. So frustrating. I finally get a verification code, and once I submit it… it never goes through. Been trying for over an hour. How are you suppose to buy a pass if you can’t even get into an account.

This app works the day before you go to the State Fair but when you try and open the app at the Fair it takes over 7 minutes to get access to your tickets after each ride. I had my tickets scanned too many times and went from a balance of 110 tickets, then went on a ride with my friends for 30 tickets, then when I tried going on another ride I was told I only have 4 tickets!!! Don’t get this app, please, I want people to have a good time at the State fair. This will ruin your experience. Don’t risk it, stick with paper tickets.

Simple but effective
I was kinda skeptical and worried using this app because of the rating and poor review. I used it today at the OC Fair and had no problem at all. What made me change my mind to download and use the app was seeing that the tickets were sold by the same company as the app. Tickets were being printed out on a small paper with a barcode. All the ride and carnival game operators were using their phone to scan the tickets. I might as well just use the app on my phone. It was super convenient. The app updated after every scan and let me know how much I had left. It showed me a history of every scan. I could reload my pass right on the phone. I didn’t need to go back to the ticket booths or self serve kiosk to check the amount remaining or to reload. Anyways super impressed considering the reviews this app has. The app never crashed on me. I also went during peak time too. Second to last day of the fair towards the early evening all the way to almost closing time.

Cannot even load app to create account. Crashed multiple times within 5 minutes of trying to create an account. Not worth it at all, needs a lot of work, but as of now I do not recommend downloading at all.
