Do not download it will steal all your info off your phone and it will not let you delete account. I have messaged many times and received no response. I want my account deleted!!!

FunTagg allows you to permanently delete your account directly within the app. If you experienced difficulty doing so, it may have been due to a temporary internet connection issue. Please note that if you sign in again with Apple or Google after deleting your account, a new account will automatically be created because you are initiating a new sign-in. We take your privacy and concerns seriously. This app made the experience so easy
Useful for rides games and concessions
I bought credits with the app, and tapped my phone to ride several rides, play a few games, and purchase concessions. I refilled on credits within the phone app. It was nice to see how many credits each ride takes. And I received a notification when they were closing within an hour.

Cannot login via Apple, Facebook, or email!
I downloaded this app so that I can get tickets to the fiesta carnival in Texas. It allowed me to create a login with email. I verified the account and when I go to login, it just continuously loads and will not let me login. I can’t purchase the tickets that I need to purchase Now I have to go in the line to purchase tickets at a kiosk when this was supposed to help me to avoid that. There’s no way to even submit through the app a message to the creators what to request help with this issue. Complete bummer

Followed steps but can’t login. App doesn’t work.
No events from 2024 or 2025
Can’t add credit because this app hasn’t been updated with any new events since 2023 - why have the app just take it down already

Downloaded the app and it said “choose event” but only shows two events in different states, from last year. I even tried to “filter by zip code or state” and it still just showed the two events from last year in two other states.

The Delaware state fair uses this app but It only show old events in DE from 2023.
Glitches
Funtagg app does not show any menu page and old events appear on the main screen when logging in that you cannot bypass or exit with the “X” symbol. Unable to use app at all.
Awful
We have tried using this app multiple times. The first year, it wouldn’t open at the fair and we couldn’t use the tickets we purchased. Thankfully the box office was kind enough to give us some tickets on a plastic card. This year, I downloaded the app and it has glitches constantly once I log in, and it doesn’t allow me to do anything.

Broken App. $30 wasted!
The app itself is broken. Not usable at all. Just wasted $30. No customer service, no one to complaint. App Store should not keep these kind of scam apps.
