Naast de gebruikelijke functionaliteiten zijn er een extra aantal functies aan toegevoegd. Maar bovenal wij hebben het visueel aantrekkelijker gemaakt! Veiligheid 2-factor autorisatie · Een nieuwe beveiliging die is ontwikkeld is de 2-factor autorisatie. · Elke klant kan hiermee zijn eigen account aanmaken/koppelen. · Hierbij is het mailadres nog steeds de gebruikersnaam (emailadres online account). · Wanneer de klant het mailadres heeft ingevoerd, wordt er een verificatie code gestuurd naar het opgegeven mailadres. · Hiermee kan de klant vervolgens inloggen · Nadat de klant is ingelogd wordt de club getoond waar de klant zijn/haar abonnement heeft afgenomen. Klant foto wijzigen vereist goedkeuring Het was al mogelijk dat de klant zijn/haar foto kan wijzigen, nu is daaraan toegevoegd dat naast deze mogelijkheid om eerst een goedkeuring te krijgen van de medewerker. De medewerker krijgt dit dan als taak te zien, in de taak wordt ook de foto weergegeven. Klant mag tickets kopen Het is al langer mogelijk om losse tickets te kopen via Dewi Online, nu is dit ook mogelijk omdat via de clubdrive aan te bieden en te verkopen. Denk hierbij aan cadeaubonnen, losse entree tickets, etc. Voorbereiding De app wordt bij klanten automatisch omgezet naar de nieuwe look en als ze de update uitvoeren. Als club zijnde is het handig om de instellingen bij vestiging instellingen > app/portal te bekijken en naar wens in te stellen met de eventuele nieuwe functies. Nog geen Dewi app?
