About

Furika is a small practice app for learning Japanese kana flick input. If you know hiragana and katakana but still end up using romaji on your phone, Furika helps you get used to the 12-key kana keyboard step by step. You do not need to practice for a long time. One short stage is enough to begin. Follow simple flick hints, clear small stages, and slowly build the muscle memory needed to type Japanese more naturally on a phone. Later chapters go beyond kana: type real words with kanji and katakana using your device's Japanese keyboard, just like everyday texting. What you can practice: • Japanese kana flick input • Hiragana and katakana typing • Direction-based flick gestures • Kanji and katakana conversion input (Chapter 4) • Short stage-based drills • Personal record improvement • Basic input rhythm and speed Furika is not a full Japanese course. It does not try to teach grammar, vocabulary, or daily study habits. It focuses on one small skill: getting comfortable with Japanese kana flick typing. Each stage is designed to be short and easy to replay. Clear it once, come back later, and try to improve your time little by little. No time limits. No streak pressure. No complicated goals. Just a quiet place to practice one small typing skill at your own pace. No account is required. Just open the app and start practicing. Furika is made for learners who want to type Japanese on their phone with more confidence.
