Wouldn’t load😭😭😭

I loved the videos on YouTube and wanted the app really badly but it wouldn’t load!!! I opened it and it said allow notifications? And I agreed. And then it was just a white screen with a loading sign forever. Please could you fix this? I’m sure I would love the app. Also, I was looking through the reviews and other people have had the same problem.
