Hello, All subscriptions are linked to your Apple account, so you can only subscribe or cancel a subscription on your device. To cancel a subscription, go to Settings on your phone -- Your Name -- Subscriptions. Unfortunately, developers do not have access to financial transactions with Apple. For a refund, please contact Apple Support.

Got charged for a free trial

THIS APP STEALS YOUR MONEY DO NOT GET A FREE TRIAL UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET CHARGED $40 AND NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. I was trying out different Babyface generators apps and downloaded three at the same time I chose free trials for all apps and when I clicked on the free trial option with this app, I immediately got charged for the premium account. Do not download or choose the free trial unless you want to get charged $40 of course Apple is useless and it’s almost impossible to get a refund through them. I reached out directly to the app, so we’ll see if they can do anything for me.

This app is Scam!

I took this apps free trial which said it’d debit ₹5 to configure auto payment but as soon as I approved it my acc was debited with 2,999. This was my treatment money n now I feel betrayed.
I wrote email to these guys but no reply.
DO NOT TAKE FREE TRIAL THEYLL SUCK OUT MONEY FROM YOUR ACC IN THE NAME OF TRIAL

The “free trial” is for 1-2 hours.

The kids had my phone, asked me if they could take up the trial - I said yes and accepted it thinking we would likely cancel it later but you never know - either way, 2 hours later they billed me for an entire year. Pretty dodgy tbh.

What a trap !

I hope I am the last sucker to use this. I stumbled on it one day, and thought it would be nice to see what my child might look like. I was curious about this, because I always wanted kids, but wasn’t able to have any. I wanted kids bad, but it just wasn’t meant to be. So I thought I would use this app to see what technology could do to help me see what my child might have looked like. I never saw anything about a charge, or what it would cost when it came up for renewal.
However the fact is they (whomever that is) were charging me $17.19 every month
for my brief look at the child I never had !

Faux essai gratuit – argent prélevé immédiatement !

J’ai activé l’essai gratuit, mais j’ai été facturée 34,99 € tout de suite sans aucune confirmation. C’est trompeur, car l’application indique un essai gratuit alors qu’il est en réalité payant dès le début. J’ai déjà annulé l’abonnement, mais je ne recommande pas cette app. Faites attention avant de télécharger !

Додаток автоматично списав кошти за річну преміум-підписку. Я відразу видалила його, оскільки не планувала користуватися, і спробувала повернути кошти, але це було безуспішно. Тепер, коли я знову завантажила програму, щоб скористатися вже оплаченою послугою, вона знову вимагає оплату! Це просто обман. Гроші списані, але послуга не надається.

Fui cobrada assim que baixei o app, embora constasse como teste grátis. Já desinstalei o app e entrei em contato com meu banco. Além disso, o app é horrível, parece piada.

Cancelei a assinatura momentos depois pois dizia testes de 3 dias grátis, dizem sobre cancelar aqui na loja da APPLE e é o que fazemos, caso não retirem meus dados do sistema estão demonstrando má fé e aí vamos ao litígio.
