I rated this app three stars, this has nothing to do with the customer service or in store satisfaction this is merely based on the app. I went with three stars because the app doesn’t really allow you to edit your information. I don’t know if I’m overlooking the feature or if it’s just not there! However, your rewards are tied to a phone number, and I can’t put my number in to track what I actually have! This may be because they also ask if you want to scan the QR code. I recommend just setting it up in store from the beginning! However cute little coffee shop, friendly staff depending on your location! So if I’m merely going off the app it’ll be 2 stars, the actual experience in store is what made me shoot an extra star!
