I’m so glad that these were available at my hotel! Worked great and fast compared to other hotels I’ve visited.

Unbelievably Terrible

I had to use Future Energy to charge at a Hilton Hotel, and let me make everyone aware: it has one of the worst charging and pay structures I've ever experienced. You pay for $20 in credits, that you then use to pay for charging, and that are non-refundable. The setup was a nightmare compared to similar services. I would advise people to also avoid hotels that use this disreputable company.

Why do I have to add a balance before charging?

This is a dumb money grab. They’re perfectly capable of just charging my card directly because they’ll do it in the event of an overage. Just a poor business method.
