Lessons of Life is a free educational app from Future Stars Sports Academy — designed to teach the values, habits, and life skills that build champions both on and off the court. Created by Coach Jim Olayos, this app guides young athletes through 21 powerful life lessons organized across three sections: Section 1: Education School, reading, goal-setting, and the mindset that separates great students from great athletes. Section 2: Personal Values Respect, discipline, teamwork, leadership, and the character traits that define a Future Star. Section 3: Keeping Safe Personal safety, healthy choices, and the tools every athlete needs to protect themselves and thrive. Each lesson includes: • A message from Coach Jim • Drawing and reflection activities • Interactive yes/no questions • Progress tracking as you complete lessons • Badges and rewards along the way Complete all 21 lessons to unlock a special raffle ticket — a reward for going the distance.
