NO SUPPORT
It’s absurd that this kind of an app needs a code sent to one’s email before you can log back in. I have requested the code and have not received one. I bought these massagers because they had such great review. Their mediocre best.

Every time I open the app, I have to reconnect it again. On weekends, it often won’t connect at all. Does the app take weekends off too?
If the app can’t work reliably, wouldn’t it be better to just include a remote control instead?

SKG neck massager
Hard to enjoy the device when the App always asks for a code but never emails the code. Have talked to developer and they fixed it for a couple of months and now no code again. Get used to no support and figure out how to use massager without an app. This is how companies get put out of business so good work if that’s your goal.

Auto logs out
Logs you out constantly and to log in have to enter email and get code from your email or have the device safe the same settings last used. Sick of logging in just to change settings.

Good luck connecting it to the app. The email takes so long to deliver a verification code, I’d rather throw it in the garbage…however the device itself seems decent.
