WHY THIS APP EXISTS In most pregnancy and fertility apps, men are bystanders. They shouldn't be. Sperm takes about 74 days to mature. What you do today — how you sleep, what you eat, whether you take supplements, whether you avoid alcohol — shows up in your biology three months from now. The earlier you start, the better shape you'll be in. FutureDad helps you organize your daily habits during this preparation window.
