Signed up on instagram with no way to log in. By the time I downloaded the app, I’ve paid 20 dollars, it has my birthday wrong in the will I get my ex back, and customer support has no instant solution

Ai took over this app
I miss this app before they made it entirely ai. Before, I had some scarily accurate readings. Like one time, my horoscope said that it was a good time to learn a new language, and take an offer from a friend to try something new. Later that day my friend asked me to learn Spanish with her through some free classes offered at our work. It was crazy to connect the dots. Now, everything is just randomized by ai. It's a shame.

AI ruins everything
I hate to say it, I loved this app, it was always very accurate and I loved the format of everything. But since it incorporates AI now I can definitely tell it is, and I’m generally opposed to AI usage and the summaries of daily readings feel choppy. I just miss how it was before 😢
Scammers
Somehow this was linked to an email that not itunes. I’ve been charged $25 a week for 10 weeks without realizing. They won’t cancel and/or refund me saying it’s through iTunes. IT IS NOT.

Only complaint is that every single time and i mean every single time i click my weekly horoscope it makes me watch an ad and then doesn’t give me the reward?? idk if it’s bugs or what but its been going on for weeks i can’t even read my horoscope. ( Ive emailed them constantly and not one person has given me

Works perfectly as a mood boost 🙂
I use Futurio in this super random way, like I’ll open it while waiting for the bus or whatever just to peek at the daily thing, mostly for a tiny mood boost before classes. Sometimes it feels surprisingly on point, other times I’m like “ehhh maybe not,” but it’s still fun. And the AI astrologer chat is actually handy when I’m bored, I mean.. you can ask random astrology questions and it gives pretty decent answers. My roommate and I compare our signs in there and laugh about who’s “supposed” to have a lucky day. It’s just a light little habit now, nothing serious, but it makes the mornings a bit less dull, which I appreciate.

Scam
I canceled my subscription the same day I downloaded it only to still be charged 7 days later for a weekly subscription. When received the email that I had been charged. I redownloaded the app. It showed that premium subscription was canceled already. When I reach out they just keep telling me to cancel my subscription. So, I give this app zero stars.😡

Always a mistake in every ways
First they put the city that I was born wrong. Then my ascendant wrong. Then my gender wrong. This is the crappiest horoscope I’ve ever encountered. Don’t waste your time or money on this app!
