Terrible platform on both app and website
I could not remember the password to my account and attempted to reset it. I tried on both the website and the app, and it took literally 7-14 hours for the verification code to come through. Three codes came through way way way later in the day, each about 4 hours apart. This is totally unacceptable and needs to be fixed. The system is also terrible to actually book your appointment once logged in and usually takes me multiple attempts for some unknown reason.
