Alot of different promotions
The app was introduced by one of my friend. There were many different types of promotions ongoing and the membership paid was quite worth it. I have not really utilised all their different types of promotion but by looking through the app, not only for food, but also for activities, travel and beauty etc. And when there was any doubts, the staffs were helpful and responsive with enquires I had. They have quite a lot of Brands, shops and Restaurants so you can find around your area.
I also got a River Wonder’s Ticket by 40% Discount and totally enjoyed it since we don’t have so much chance to visit there. You can find new experiences from Fuzzie and save the money !!

Excellent dining options, STELLAR support team
My husband and I both have our own respective membership account - it’s worth it even if you use it just for that ONE restaurant you eat at more than 6 times a year (limited vouchers, hence two accounts haha).
Shout out to the main star of the show: Fuzzie’s stunning support team! Merchants who do not honour the vouchers and try to impose their own T&Cs are thoroughly investigated and swiftly put in place - just flag it out to the team! I even got a refund back from the team when they noticed I paid full price for a meal the merchant didn’t want to honor!
There are many lifestyle apps and cards that offer great discounts, but few have the support to back it up when merchants go rogue. If you don’t want a tired response of “Sorry that happened, there’s nothing we can do about it”, go for Fuzzie! A veritable gem and an absolute dream team.

Excellent service and prompt response
I tried redeeming a voucher at Paris baguette but was told by the staff that it was unavailable. Contacted fuzzie through Facebook and they mentioned that the vouchers are still valid. They promptly replied and went through the hassle to contact Paris baguette staff so they can reimburse my payment. Excellent and prompt service from the support team! Wonderful experience using the app too! 👍
