No watch version
The app is nice but the fact that there is no apple watch version is a major issue. The reason is that you wanna go outside for a run and when you come back, you open with your watch. Now you have to take your phone with you which is annoying.
REVAMP !
I have Bardi Smart Home and iCondo installed on the same device. I don’t have choices since my Estate Management using iCondo for access management. I already file my information to Bardi to notify iCondo.
You must revamp your app icon and theme because it is confusing while Bardi and your App deliver push notifications at the same time with similar theme color.
You are building in Singapore and selling your product to Indonesia.
Don’t be cheap, go hire Native Mobile Engineer !

App good-ish, but not user friendly
There was a lot of work put into this app.
But unfortunately, not so much thought or work on the end users, for example,
the intercom displays that is with this app at the doors.
My home, Optima, feels like we’ve been involuntarily used as a test group for almost 2years now. Ugh.
Why would you put a QR code to scan in a basement where there is little to no 3G/4G/5G coverage?
But especially when, you’re not meant to scan this QR code at all, but somehow supposed to know to only press the touchscreen to prompt up a different display that asks for a PIN CODE to enter.
Ah, but there is no PIN CODE as such,
the PIN CODE is your phone number that you registered with at the guardhouse, but if that’s lost on you as a random visitor that is where you’ll call residents which will need to verbally explain this repeatedly or they just mark the delivery as no access.
You can imagine that this isn’t ideal.
It’s not what you would expect if there’s a flashy touch screen with an app at your condo.
What kind of high tech system with a display needs to have notes pasted up around it to explain it?!
It sort of defeats the whole purpose of having it.
It’s been a journey having this intercom system.
A journey of angry and frustrated delivery guys, a journey of running to the basement to open because they don’t want to hear it, they don’t care after that point they only demand you either come down or I’ll leave. It’s not very nice.
I cannot recommend it.
It’s just not yet all the way there of what this needs to be. Hm. Fix it?
- update 2025
A lot has happened since my first review, they fixed the display and all of the misleading messages on it. There are still some issues, but I am not overly keen on reporting every single thing, it’s just a bit annoying. Because I do feel like these could have been avoided if someone just had a bit of a thinking through it all from the perspective of an end user.
The product today, years later, is acceptable.
It’s been annoying to be involuntarily on this journey for years, but here we are.
I will give one more tip though.
Perhaps put in an app notification before you lock out residents?
Like “your tenancy is up next month, you’ll be locked out of app/facilities, if this isn’t correct contact your management office” or something like that!!! Yes?
If their tenancy is running out in your system it relies on whoever put in the date/year to have done it correctly, if it’s not, you as a tenant won’t find out until you’re locked out of app and system/facilities , on the actual day. It’s annoying, we live with this it impacts our daily life a lot.
So please do things better.

Chat button on the bottom menu does not make sense
Overall, functions and info provided are useful. However, I take issue with the Chat button at the bottom of the screen. Intuitively, it should show the chat and interaction features and updates. But you have to go to the notification to view the chat (chatterbox), garage sale and find a buddy. Suggest to review this and make it more user friendly and intuitive.

Poorly Designed Navigation
It is good to see all the condo-related feeds, news and chat within an app. However, it is the worst navigation in an app, there is more than 3 ways to access the same page in the home page (i.e. chatterbox, listing) and each option is scoped the content differently. I get lost everytime, terrible!
