The FVG Global Shipping app gives Fair View Global Shipping customers a live view of every vehicle they have purchased, every container it travels in, and every invoice and payment along the way. Please note: this app is for existing Fair View Global Shipping clients. You will need the account credentials issued by our team to sign in. WHAT YOU CAN DO Dashboard See the whole picture at a glance — vehicles purchased, in transit, at port, in yard and arrived in the UAE, plus active containers, total booked, total paid, outstanding balance and unpaid invoices. Vehicles Browse every vehicle you have booked, with photos, VIN, lot number, auction house and current status. Filter by origin country or status, and search instantly by model, VIN or lot number. Shipments Follow your containers from the loading port to the destination port. See the shipping line, container size and every vehicle inside, and open your shipping documents — download the Bill of Lading or view container photos full screen. Invoices Vehicle and shipping invoices in one place, with a full charge breakdown, totals, amount paid and remaining balance. Review the payment history applied to each invoice, and share or print any invoice as a PDF. Payments Every payment with its adjusted and unadjusted amounts. Filter by date range, payment mode or reference, open the breakdown to see which invoices a payment was applied to, and download attached receipts. Statement A running account statement with debits, credits and balance, exportable as a CSV file whenever you need it. Customs and VAT Deposits Track your deposits, their status and any returned amounts. Rates Estimate costs before you commit. Calculate shipping rates by destination port and origin country, and towing rates by country and auction house, based on your account's rate tier. Notifications Stay on top of updates on your vehicles and shipments, filter to unread, and mark items as read. BUILT WITH SECURITY IN MIND Sign-in is protected and your session is kept in the device's secure storage. Your invoices, documents and vehicle photos are only ever fetched over an authenticated connection.
