Great program with great rewards
This is a good app so far. No problems
Delicious & Ample portions, yet kinda pricey
I donāt think thereās anything not delicious on this menu. And the atmosphere is perfect whether dressed up or casual, on a date, with a group, or even alone. Easy and comfortable seating and the center of people watching from the best seat in the house (Avalon).
Excellent points program
One of my favorite spots for Happy Hour primarily because of their incredible points program to retain customers and build loyalty: $25 for signing up, $25 for my birthday, $25 for Labor Day, gift card purchase bonus offers, and none of the spend minimums on the occasional rewards like other places require. Great way to earn food and drink credits! Those complaining about the points not adding up may not be aware that you canāt earn points on alcohol.

Just not the same
This place has changed drastically since opening in Vegas, of course the prices have gone way up, and the quality has gone way down, salmon sashimi was mush and split in half when I lifted it with my chopsticks, also removing some of the best and most popular dishes didnāt help either, Iāve used my rewards app 3 times as the wait staff has to write down the number each time, and no points were ever added to my account, after many attempts to give this place a second chance, this time Iām done

App DOES NOT WORK ON IPAD!
It says it is compatible with my iPad Pro but it is not!when I tap on the app it opens and then immediately closes. Worthless on iPad. Works just fine on my iPhone. ??????
Points haven't been added
I haven't been given points for the last few visits even though I checked in every time and the waiter confirmed it. Tried to submit the receipt after bit the website keeps crashing. Frustrating!!
Never got points
Why is it that every visit I never get my points even with check in code and giving my phone number? Also unable to claim points retroactively as app crashes after trying to upload a pic of the receipt!
Points donāt add up
My bill came out to almost $50 and only got 28 points. App also had error codes.
Price increases unacceptable
The price increases at Kona are completely unacceptable. I am deleting this app since I'll never go back to a Kona Grill. Buh bye.
Missed rewards
Twice Iāve āchecked inā to earn points while eating at Kona. On both occasions, I let the server know that I had a code to use and she told me that she would take my code when she cashed me out. In both instances , I didnāt remember the code until after Iād paid and there was no way to add it after the fact.

Missed transactions
What happens if we forget to check in while at the restaurant to get our points added? Using a receipt, there should be a way for customers to go back and add the information in order to receive points. Seems like every other food app has this feature.

Unable to sign up for app, once passes the 3840 Error messages, then unable to select favorite restaurant.
