We used to be able to get the routing number from the app. Now all we get is the account number

The last two weeks this app hasn’t opened for me. Once I log in it sits and loads forever and never shows me my accounts. This needs to be fixed ASAP

Issues?
Why does it take so long to get transaction information? I’ve also received money from cash app, a app where you send money digitally, and I put it instantly into my account but it still needs to be verified? I payed a instant fee to get it sent directly into my account and I still haven’t gotten my money. I withdrawn from cash app and I’m still waiting for it to be deposited into my account, is this because the branch is only open on the weekdays? I need my money in my account as soon as possible and I also need that check that I submitted through the app to be verified or not because I really need to the money and everything is taking to long.
