FX Connect turns your FX chronograph into a shooting log you will actually keep. Switch the chronograph on, choose it once, and velocities appear as you shoot. No account, no sign-in, and nothing leaves your phone. EVERY FX CHRONOGRAPH Pocket, Pocket V2, Pocket D1, Pocket Pro and True Ballistic — one app for all of them. Choose yours once and it is remembered, so at a competition with several units in earshot only your own is used. THE NUMBER, WHILE IT STILL MATTERS Each shot appears the instant it is measured, with the running average, standard deviation and extreme spread beside it. Read in m/s, fps, km/h, mph, joules or foot-pounds — energy needs only a pellet weight. STRINGS THAT STAY Every string is saved on the phone and stays there. Name it, note the distance, exclude a flier, split a session that ran together, or merge two that should not have. Nothing expires and nothing is trimmed. YOUR RIFLES AND YOUR PELLETS Keep your guns and tins in the app and link them to a string. A saved string records the setup it was shot on — zero range, scope height, click size, pellet weight — so its figures still mean something after you re-zero. VIDEO WITH THE SPEED ON IT Record a clip and the velocity, the running statistics and the shot number are burned into the picture. What you see while reviewing is exactly what the exported file contains. BALLISTICS, ONE LEVEL DOWN A downrange table from your own measured muzzle velocity and the air you actually shot in. Recover a ballistic coefficient from a True Ballistic's paired readings, corrected for that day's weather rather than a standard atmosphere. GROUPS ON PAPER Photograph a target, mark the holes, and read the group beside the velocities that made it. WEATHER THAT IS YOURS Temperature, pressure and humidity from the chronograph's own sensors where it has them, or filled in by hand. Stamped onto the string, not applied afterwards. FIRMWARE UPDATES Keep the chronograph current from the app, guided step by step, with the instruction on screen for as long as it is needed. EXPORT CSV of every shot, in a shape other tools already read. NINE LANGUAGES English, Finnish, Swedish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish and Czech. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Bluetooth is the only permission the app needs, and it is used for one thing: hearing your chronograph. Location is optional and asked for once, if you ever tap to fill in the weather from where you are standing. There is no account, no upload, and no analytics on your shooting.
